1. Medical insurance- SPLITZDESIGN provides coverage for hospitalization expenses for illness/disease or injury sustained Upto Rs.3,00,000 for each employee from date of joining.
2,3. Company holidays- There are 10 company holidays and 15 days company paid leaves available in a year to each employee. SPLITZDESIGN also offers 15 sick leaves and 10 casual leaves in a year.
4. Maternity leave- 12 weeks paid maternity leave is available.
5. Educational assistance to employees- Upon completion of 3 years of service tuition fees reimbursement is provided if the employee has enrolled in a course subject to his/her managers recommendation.
