SPLITZDESIGN’s aim to set standards – in order to clearly assign internal responsibility, achieve transparency in reporting and maintain high standards of integrity. We devote ourselves to ensuring the integrity and free flow of information that our customers rely on every day. SPLITZDESIGN cares about the communities where our employees live and work. Giving back is part of who we are. SPLITZDESIGN acts as an agent for positive change in its local communities. We partner with community organizations to address pressing social needs, focusing specifically on youth and education. We are committed to building quality connections within our communities. We encourage our employees to get involved with these organizations by volunteering their time and talents. SPLITZDESIGN's outreach efforts continue to evolve as we constantly look for ways to positively impact the well-being of our communities. Some the activities in which we are involved are:

SPLITZDESIGN recognizes that, by minimizing our environmental impact, we can help to preserve our planet for future generations. SPLITZDESIGN takes seriously its commitment to be environmentally responsible. We know that the best way to do this is to concentrate on how we operate, day in and day out. In order to achieve our goal we have adopted the following environmental principles:

  • Operate our facilities in a manner that protects the environment, health and safety of our employees, our customers, and the communities within which we operate.
  • Ensure that our employees are aware of environmental concerns and, where appropriate, are trained to conduct their activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Develop our products with due regard to the environment, including concerns relating to pollution and conservation of energy and other resources.
  • Comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of the environment and the maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.

 

In addition to saving us money, which is good for our business, these efforts allow us to reduce our environmental footprint, which is good for the planet.

SPLITZDESIGN takes very seriously the health and safety of its employees. Employee well being depends on a safe working environment and personal health. We provide our employees with information, tools and resources to ensure their health and safety at work, in the lab, in the field or at home. We have also implemented a suite of programs designed to help employees to avoid unsafe situations and respond to accidents, disasters, and medical emergencies.

SPLITZDESIGN provides several ways to anonymously and confidentially report activities that may involve criminal conduct or violations of SPLITZDESIGN policies and guidelines.
